Unlocking and Utilizing Your Free Company Submarine in FFXIV: A Comprehensive Guide

Dive into the underwater world of Final Fantasy XIV with your Free Company's very own submarine! This guide covers everything you need to know about acquiring and utilizing this exciting Stormblood addition.

Acquiring Your FC Submarine

First, ensure your Free Company (FC) is established in FFXIV. Ideally, reach rank 6 to access all necessary vendors for Ceruleum Tanks. Reaching rank 6 is straightforward; simply encourage FC members to participate in in-game activities like dungeon clearing, leveling, crafting, and gathering.

Next, locate the Company Workshop within your FC house. Interact with the schematic board to obtain the submersible recipe. Gather the required materials, and the submersible will be added to your FC crafting log, ready for construction.

Finally, you'll need Dive Credits for underwater voyages. These are purchased from Resident Caretaker NPCs in housing districts:

Empyreum: X:10, Y:12
Lavender Beds: X:12, Y:8
The Mist: X:11, Y:11
Shirogane: X:10, Y:14
The Goblet: X:11, Y:10

Remember, FC rank 6 is required, and each Dive Credit costs 10,000 Company Credits. After acquiring Dive Credits, register your submersible via the voyage control panel in the Company Workshop.
