How to Unlock the Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2

To access the Trial, defeat Balbala the Traitor, located in Traitor's Passage during Act 2. She's a formidable opponent early on, but defeating her yields Balbala's Barya – the key to starting the Trial. After defeating Balbala, travel to the Trial's location via the Ardura's travel map or waypoint. Balbala will act as your guide. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to begin.
