Morris Wick at the Village Shop in Wyndham possesses a copy of the Crafting Manual. To obtain it, you'll need to engage in a bit of blackmail and bartering. Upon entering St. Katherine's Church, you'll uncover a recent murder of Maisie that the Vicar wants to keep under wraps. Further investigation leads you to evidence implicating Morris in the crime. This evidence can be found in the Brewery Cellar at coordinates 30.5 E, 80.5 N in the west of Wyndham Village. Enter through the cellar door by the ruined building, and search for the note titled "Kill the One They Call Maisie".

With the note in hand, return to Morris' Village Shop at 33.3 E, 79.9 N. Engage him in conversation, choosing dialogue options that apply pressure without overt threats until you reach the "Bargaining" choice. Selecting this will lead Morris to hand over the Crafting Manual in exchange for your silence.

Alternatively, the Crafting Manual can be found in the D Section of The Interchange, though this method is more time-consuming and challenging.
