May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Confirmed

Sony has announced an exciting update to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for May 2025, bringing a diverse array of titles to subscribers. The full lineup, detailed in a recent PlayStation.Blog post, will be available starting May 20, catering to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members with a total of nine new games.

For those subscribed to the Extra tier, the spotlight shines on titles like Sand Land, an action RPG inspired by the manga of the same name by Akira Toriyama, available on both PS4 and PS5. Other notable additions include Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy, the latter of which is receiving an enhanced version for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X | S on the same date. GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on consoles will receive the Enhanced Edition at no extra cost, though it remains uncertain if this benefit extends to PlayStation Plus subscribers.

Premium members will have access to the classic title Battle Engine Aquila, a sci-fi action game playable on both PS4 and PS5. In this game, players take control of a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies in both aerial and ground combat.
