Take full control of your KEBA wallbox with the KEBA eMobility App — your all-in-one digital solution for KeContact P30 & P40 users, including the P40, P30 x-series, company car wallboxes, PV EDITION, and P30 c-series models. This intuitive app allows seamless communication, management, and configuration of your charging station, giving you complete oversight and flexibility over your EV charging experience.

What the KEBA eMobility App Can Do

• Remote Access: Communicate with your wallbox from anywhere (note: communication with the KeContact P30 c-series is limited to local network access).
• Real-Time Status Updates: Check if your wallbox is actively charging, ready to charge, offline, or experiencing an error—all in real time.
• Control Charging Processes: Start or stop a charging session with just one tap, directly from your smartphone.
• Adjust Charging Power: Set the maximum charging power to manage your vehicle's energy consumption and optimize charging times.
• Monitor Live Data: View real-time details such as time, energy, power, and amperage during charging, and review past sessions in your history log.
• Energy Consumption Statistics: Access detailed reports on previous energy usage directly within the statistics section of the app.
• Setup Assistant: The built-in setup guide ensures your wallbox meets the requirements for app compatibility and walks you through initial connection until it’s fully operational.
• Installer Mode: Step-by-step guidance for configuring and connecting your P40 Wallbox during first-time setup.
• Scheduled Charging via Power Profiles: Automate start/stop times and set maximum charging power levels (available only for P40, P30 x-series, company car wallboxes, and PV EDITION via the KEBA eMobility Portal).
• Automatic Software Updates: Keep your wallbox running on the latest software by enabling automatic updates through the app (not applicable to KeContact P30 c-series models in stand-alone operation).

Please note that charging stations operated by Charge Point Operators may not be compatible with the KEBA eMobility App, especially if you don’t have access to the web-interface password or serial number. Additionally, when using the App with a KeContact P30 c-series model, some features may be limited compared to x-series devices. Important Notes for Electrical Installers

• DIP switch settings on P30 wallboxes must still be configured manually.
• Configurations typically handled via the P30 web interface are now accessible through the KEBA eMobility App.
• For KeContact P30 c-series units, DIP switches need to be set to enable full UDP communication functionality (as outlined in the setup guide).
• Basic settings for the KeContact P40 can be adjusted either via the app or directly on the device itself.
