Albion Online

Albion Online, the immersive medieval fantasy MMORPG developed by Sandbox Interactive, is gearing up for its next major update, dubbed Rogue Frontier. Mark your calendars for February 3rd, as this update promises to bring a host of exciting new features to the game.

What’s Happening in the Outlands?

The focal point of the Rogue Frontier update is the introduction of The Smugglers, a group of rebels tired of the Royal Continent's stringent regulations. They're now setting up base in the lawless Outlands. These rebels have established secret underground hideouts known as Smuggler’s Dens, which serve as essential hubs for banking, repairs, and planning your next adventure. Each den is interconnected through the Smuggler’s Network, facilitating trade across the Outlands.

The Smugglers aren't just about setting up shop; they're also a Faction in constant conflict with the Royal Guards. Players can support them in various ways, such as rescuing captured Smugglers or smuggling contraband in Smuggler Crates.

Loyalty Has Its Perks in the Rogue Frontier Update of Albion Online

In the Rogue Frontier update, loyalty to the Smugglers is rewarded generously. Maggy Slade, a mysterious trader found in the dens, offers exclusive rewards for your allegiance. These include the Smuggler’s Vanity Set, a Smuggler’s Cape that reduces potion cooldowns, and a Smuggler’s Ring and Avatar.

Another exciting addition is Kill Trophies, which drop from defeated players. The quality of loot on your vanquished foe directly impacts your chances of obtaining one of these trophies.

Rogue Frontier also introduces new weapons that add flair and strategic depth to combat. The Rotcaller Staff allows you to summon a mist-spewing form that repels enemies, the Skystrider Bow enables levitation and aerial attacks, and the Forcepulse Bracers unleash shockwaves as you dash into battle.

Get ready for the Rogue Frontier update by downloading Albion Online from the Google Play Store and preparing for the action on February 3rd.
