Evercade Expands Super Pocket Handheld Line with Atari and Technos Editions

Evercade is adding to its popular Super Pocket line of handheld gaming consoles. October 2024 will see the launch of new Atari and Technos editions, each pre-loaded with classic games from their respective platforms.

Adding to the excitement, a limited-edition run of 2600 wood-grain Atari Super Pocket consoles will also be available for purchase shortly.

Officially Retro

In a market dominated by retro emulation, Evercade provides a legitimate and convenient way to play classic games without resorting to potentially illegal methods or paying exorbitant prices for secondhand copies. The company has built a strong reputation for its approach, though the limited-edition wood-grain console might be considered a marketing ploy by some, unless it genuinely features real wood grain.

The Super Pocket's compatibility with existing Evercade cartridges allows users to easily transport their retro game libraries, switching between handheld and home console play seamlessly.
