Locating Naoise Nallinto

1. Reach Act III: Progress to the early stages of Act III, traveling through Wyrm's Crossing on your way to Baldur's Gate. You'll need to visit Sharess' Caress, a brothel east of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate. If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, use the South Span fast-travel point.

2. Find the Nymph's Grotto: On the second floor of Sharess' Caress, locate a door with a green light and ivy. This is the locked entrance to the Nymph's Grotto. A lockpicking skill check of 10 or higher will open it.

Romancing Naoise Nallinto

1. Interact with Naoise and Jara: Inside, you'll find Naoise and Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier, in a compromising position. Jara will react negatively to your interruption. Choose dialogue options carefully; selecting "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken" is a viable starting point.

2. Defeat Jara: Jara transforms into a Mindflayer. Defeat her to proceed.

4. The Romantic Encounter: Choose dialogue options that lead to intimacy. Options such as "What did you have in mind?" followed by "Close your eyes and listen" will initiate the scene. This encounter is a mental experience. Naoise will ask you to choose what you will be (Revered, Contented, Powerful, Rich, or to end the encounter).

5. The Aftermath: The romance is brief and unique. Naoise will not be interested in further encounters. Shadowheart will grant you the "Carnal Rituals of Sharess" inspiration point.
