IGN had the chance to experience Mario Kart World at a Nintendo event in New York this week, and they've confirmed a delightful detail: the newly introduced Moo Moo Meadows Cow can indeed indulge in a variety of foods, including burgers and steak.

For those unfamiliar with the buzz, Mario Kart World was recently announced, featuring the Moo Moo Meadows Cow as a playable character. This lovable character, previously a mere background figure in a single Mario Kart track, has now captured the hearts of fans and inspired a wave of creative memes and fanart across the internet.

However, a peculiar question arose from the Mario Kart World reveal in the Nintendo Direct 2 trailer: if Mario can eat a burger, which is usually made of beef, can the Cow, whose kind are presumably the source of beef, also consume it? The fanbase was eager to find out.

At the event, it was revealed that various food items, available at Yoshi's diner locations throughout the game's courses, function similarly to drive-thru services. IGN reached out to Nintendo for clarification but has yet to receive a response. It's likely due to the busy schedule at their New York event rather than the quirky nature of the inquiry.
