Cyberpunk 2077: How to Romance Panam

Panam Palmer is one of several romance options available to V in Cyberpunk 2077, but winning her affection requires completing several quests. This guide outlines the necessary steps, assuming you're playing as a male V. Failure to meet these conditions will prevent you from pursuing a romance with Panam.

This romantic journey begins in Act 2. The following quests are crucial:

Complete Ghost Town

This main job, unlocked after "Playing for Time," introduces you to Panam. Agree to help her retrieve her car. Whether you choose stealth or a direct approach in Rocky Ridge is inconsequential; the important part is helping Panam get revenge on Nash. Accept her request for help, leading to the Raffen Shiv hideout. After eliminating Nash and his crew, choose the dialogue option “Feel better now?” to celebrate at the Sunset Motel. At the bar, select either “To your ride!” or “To what’s ahead!” Then, flirt with Panam by suggesting you share a room (“Maybe we get just one room?”). Ending the mission by sleeping at the motel is key.

Complete Lightning Breaks

This mission begins in the Sunset Motel garage. Follow the objectives to take down the Kang Tao AV and abduct Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices have minimal impact on Panam's affection; focus on completing the mission efficiently to proceed to "Life During Wartime."

Complete Life During Wartime

During this mission, prioritize supporting Panam. When confronted by the Aldecaldos and Saul, select "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault." After the mission, respond to Panam's message with: "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours or days and complete other quests until Panam contacts you for "Riders on the Storm." It's crucial to respond within 24 in-game hours to avoid failure.

Complete Riders of the Storm

Agree to help Panam rescue Saul. Your approach (stealth or direct) doesn't significantly alter the outcome. Focus on saving Saul and then, during the ensuing argument between Panam and Saul, choose either "Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired" or "Shitty idea, Panam’s right." This leads to some alone time. Engage in the flirtatious dialogue options: "Pleased with your stay, ma’am?", "You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am", or "[Touch Panam’s thigh] Got a few ideas." After waking up, Panam's kiss signifies a significant step in your relationship.

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

Agree to help Panam ("OK, I’m in") and ride with her ("I’m riding with you"). Choose the following dialogue options during your conversation: "[Stand by window] Missed you," "So let’s start," "Great plan. What went wrong?", "So far, so good," "Why’s it different with me?", and "[Touch Panam’s hand] Next time, try following that impulse." At the campfire, choose "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold." Complete the mission.

Complete Queen of the Highway

After a day away from the Aldecaldos camp, return to the camp and start this mission. Flirt with Panam ("Nice and cozy in here"). During the Basilisk sequence, choose "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let’s go." After the mission, select your preferred dialogue options: "[Drink] Listen, what happened in the Basilisk...", "I’d love to. But I can’t," or "[Stand] I’ll think it over, I promise." Finally, when asked to stay, say: "I can stay for a bit. Thanks." Then, choose either "Honestly? I dunno" or "[Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me."

This completes Panam's romance questline, unlocking the "Star" ending and solidifying your relationship. Afterward, the "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" mission becomes available, allowing you to spend a cozy evening with Panam in one of V's apartments (excluding Dogtown).
