Cyberpunk 2077 developer revealed why there is no male V in Fortnite
Cyberpunk 2077 Fortnite Crossover: Why No Male V?
Fortnite players eagerly awaited the Cyberpunk 2077 crossover, and while the collaboration delivered stylish in-game items, the absence of the male version of protagonist V sparked debate among fans. Speculation ran rampant, with theories comparing CD Projekt Red's marketing strategies. However, the explanation is surprisingly straightforward.

Patrick Mills, Cyberpunk 2077's lore expert and the decision-maker for this crossover, clarified the situation. The bundle was designed for only two characters, one of which had to be Johnny Silverhand. This left no space for both male and female versions of V. With Johnny already male, selecting the female V was a logical choice, further influenced by Mills' personal preference.

Therefore, no grand conspiracy, simply a practical decision. This marks Keanu Reeves' second Fortnite skin appearance, following the earlier addition of John Wick.
