The discussion arose when Stone recounted his son's enthusiasm for the series, prompting a disheartening "I wish" response regarding a potential sequel.

The team revealed their attempt to pitch Dead Space 4 to EA earlier this year, only to receive a swift rejection. Schofield explained that EA's response was concise, indicating a lack of current interest.
