The 10th-anniversary celebration begins with the Dokkan Festival x Top Legendary Summon Carnival. This event introduces new SSR characters, including Super Saiyan 3 Goku (GT) and Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Vegeta, all Dokkan Awakenable to LR for maximum power.
