EA confirmed the release window of the new Battlefield

Electronic Arts has unveiled the projected release timeframe for the next Battlefield game. Their financial report indicates a launch before April 2026.

Industry insider Tom Henderson, analyzing EA's past release schedules, predicts an October or November 2025 release for the new Battlefield title. However, EA remains tight-lipped on precise launch dates.

Development is underway across four of EA's internal studios, with extensive playtesting planned. A closed beta program has already been announced, allowing selected players to experience key game features. Feedback from this beta test will be crucial in finalizing the game before its official launch.

This announcement also clarifies the future of the Need for Speed franchise. Vince Zampella previously indicated that a new NFS installment isn't imminent, as the Battlefield project currently holds top priority.
