Epic Games Store Launches on Mobile: 20 New Games, Free Game Offer

Epic Games has triumphantly launched its store on mobile platforms, extending its reach to Android users around the globe. To celebrate this milestone, Epic Games is offering a range of exciting rewards, free games, and more, making it an enticing time for gamers to dive into their ecosystem.

Which Games Are Available on the Mobile Epic Games Store?

The spotlight is on three major titles: Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Rocket League Sideswipe. Notably, Fall Guys is now available on mobile, and it's free to download directly from the Epic Games Store. By installing the Epic Games Store app and any of these games, players can engage in exclusive in-game challenges to earn new cosmetics. For instance, there's a unique Fortnite outfit with matching back bling, pickaxe, and wrap, as well as a fresh Fall Guys bean costume. Additionally, players can snag a Fall Guys-themed pickaxe for Fortnite and a golden vehicle trim for both Fortnite and Rocket League Sideswipe. These quests are exclusive to the mobile platform.

It’s Not Just About Their Big Three Games

The Epic Games Store on mobile isn't limited to just their flagship titles. Nearly 20 third-party games from various developers have also joined the platform. Epic has also initiated the Free Games program for mobile, starting with Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee, available on both Android and iOS until February 20th. Playdigious has contributed further by making Shapez and Evoland 2 available on the Epic Store, with plans to add Cultist Simulator in the coming weeks. Bloons TD 6 is also slated to join the lineup soon. While the program currently offers monthly free games, Epic plans to switch to a weekly schedule later this year.

Despite challenges from Apple and Google in downloading third-party app stores, Epic Games is forging ahead, enhancing gaming accessibility for everyone. What are your thoughts on this move? We'd love to hear your feedback in the comments.
