Free PS Plus Games for January 2025 Are Available Now

PlayStation Plus January 2025 Lineup: Suicide Squad, Need for Speed, and The Stanley Parable

PlayStation Plus subscribers can now claim three free games for January 2025: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. These titles are available until February 3rd.

This month's selection includes the controversial Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, a PS5 title that launched to mixed reviews in February 2024. Despite its reception, PlayStation Plus members can now experience it at no extra cost. The game boasts the largest download size of the three, weighing in at 79.43 GB on PS5.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered is the only game without a native PS5 version, requiring 31.55 GB of space on PS4. While playable via backward compatibility on PS5, it doesn't utilize the console's enhanced features.

Rounding out the trio is The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, available in native PS4 (5.10 GB) and PS5 (5.77 GB) versions. This expanded edition of the 2013 classic includes new content and improved accessibility.

To download all three games, PS5 users should ensure they have at least 117 GB of free storage. Sony is anticipated to announce the February 2025 PlayStation Plus lineup towards the end of January. The service will continue to expand its Extra and Premium game catalog throughout the year.
