Hoto SnapBloq Electric Mini Screwdriver, Drill, and Rotary Tool Sets
Was $259.99 | Save 19% | Now $209.99 at Hoto Tools
The introductory SnapBloq combo includes an electric precision screwdriver set, an electric mini drill set, and an electric mini rotary set. Each tool comes in its own compact case, and all three cases snap together for easy storage and portability. At present, these are the only tools in the SnapBloq series, though Hoto intends to expand the lineup in the future.
The precision screwdriver is more powerful than the standard Hoto models found on Amazon, offering 0.5Nm of torque (compared to 0.3Nm). It's equipped with a brushless motor, an 800mAh battery that provides up to 60 minutes of use and supports USB-C charging, and a built-in LED light for working in tight, dimly lit spaces. It’s ideal for handling small screws that require specialized miniature bits.
The mini drill delivers 0.1Nm of torque, offers three speed settings (up to 1,200 RPM), and comes with twenty drill bits. While it’s clear this tool won’t replace a full-size power drill or impact driver, it has enough power to work with plastics, wood, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and resin.
The mini rotary tool features stepless speed adjustment and can reach speeds as high as 22,000 RPM. Its battery lasts for up to 30 minutes per charge. Rotary tools are highly versatile, and this kit comes with a selection of bits for drilling, routing, sanding, and polishing.
As a previous owner of a Hoto mini screwdriver, I can confirm they perform excellently within their intended scope, though it’s important to understand their limits. These tools are compact—about the size of a pocket flashlight—and are not meant to replace heavy-duty drills or drivers. Although I haven’t used the exact model in this set (mine had the less powerful 0.3Nm motor), here’s what to expect: you typically apply manual force to start loosening a screw, then let the electric driver finish unscrewing. Similarly, when driving screws back in, the tool handles most of the work, but a final manual twist ensures a secure fit. If you’re dealing with numerous small screws, this tool saves time and reduces wrist strain—just remember that compact tools have inherent power limitations.
