Imperial Miners Goes Digital on Android
Portal Games Digital brings the popular board game, Imperial Miners, to Android! This digital card game challenges you to build the most efficient mine, strategically placing cards to create a thriving subterranean empire.
Imperial Miners, designed by Tim Armstrong (known for Arcana Rising and Orbis) and illustrated by Hanna Kuik (whose credits include Batman: Everybody Lies and Dune: House Secrets), offers a unique gameplay experience.
What's the Game About?
Players manage underground excavations, digging deeper to collect Crystals and Carts for Victory Points. A clever card-playing system activates effects and triggers cards above, while six factions offer diverse strategic combinations. Ten rounds, each with a new Event, add an element of unpredictable challenge, alongside three randomly selected Progress boards that offer varying strategic bonuses, ensuring replayability.
Worth a Download?
Imperial Miners provides a faithful digital adaptation of the engaging engine-building mechanics from the original board game. Priced at $4.99 on the Google Play Store, it's a worthwhile purchase for fans of strategy card games. Check it out!
