Solving the Fountain of Confession Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

Following the Sacred Wounds puzzle, Indy uses his scroll to locate the Fountain of Confession. Remember to photograph all clues for Adventure Points!

Exit Antonio's office (as in the Sacred Wounds mission) and use your map to find the stairs leading to the fountain.

First, locate the chest near the construction area (to the fountain's right). It contains the fountain key, granting access to the adjacent storage room.

Inside, use your whip to rappel to the roof, then swing to the window overlooking the fountain. You'll see two dragon statues. Swing to the second statue and grab its claw to activate a lever.

Use the lever to rotate the statue, making it face the opposite dragon. Repeat this for the first statue, noticing its claw is missing.

The missing claw is on the scaffolding below. Rappelling down triggers a cutscene with Gina Lombardi. After the cutscene, retrieve the claw.

Return to the statue, attach the claw, and rotate it to face its counterpart. This rotates the fountain statue, revealing the next stage.

Now, use your whip to pull the fountain statue, revealing a gate blocked by three statues. A lever appears; Indy and Gina activate it, unveiling the first wall puzzle. (Take photos of the inscriptions for hints and Adventure Points).

Solve the first puzzle by positioning the male statue under the water bucket, activating the water mechanism, then "baptizing" the smaller statue by pushing it. This moves the left-side gate statue.

Reactivate the lever for the second puzzle – moving stone layers to guide the angel figure across. Use the handles to control its movement. Move the angel to the right to complete this section.

The gate unlocks! The final step: push the remaining statue through the gate to activate a spiral stairway, leading to the next part of the game.
