While the Astral Swan's Astral Feather can be obtained independently of any quest, the "Soaring Above the Starry Sky" mission offers valuable insights into this enchanting creature.

To begin this quest, travel to the Stellar Fishing Ground Peak Warp Spire and speak with Curious Pinny.
