Kingsroad Beta Test Unveiled in March
Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is launching a closed beta on Android and PC, starting January 15th! Netmarble's action-adventure title, based on George R.R. Martin's books and the HBO series, promises a unique Westeros experience.
Sign-ups are open now for the beta, running from January 15th to the 22nd in the US, Canada, and select European regions. Unlike previous Game of Thrones mobile games, Kingsroad focuses on a single-character narrative. Players become the heir to House Tyre, embarking on a journey across Westeros, battling enemies, and building prestige.
The game's trailer showcases a Witcher-esque third-person perspective with exploration and combat. Players can choose from three distinct classes: Sellsword, Knight, and Assassin. While visually impressive, the true test lies in gameplay.

Beta registration closes January 12th! While the game looks promising, it's sure to face intense scrutiny from the dedicated Game of Thrones fanbase. Monetization and long-term support will be key factors determining its success. Netmarble's ability to deliver a satisfying experience for fans will be crucial.
