The PC version of Stellar Blade is set to launch on Steam on June 11, bringing with it a host of PC-specific features, as revealed by a trailer that Sony accidentally published and then removed from the PlayStation YouTube channel. The internet, however, managed to capture the trailer, which is expected to be officially released soon.

The trailer also introduced the Stellar Blade Complete Edition, which includes the base game and all the DLC released so far for both PS5 and PC. This news arrives more than a year after the game's successful April 2024 launch on PS5.

Stellar Blade on PC comes equipped with all the expected features, including AI upscaling with Nvidia DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 3, an unlocked framerate, Japanese and Chinese voiceover options, ultrawide display support, higher resolution environment textures, and DualSense support for haptic feedback and trigger effects.

The trailer also unveiled a new boss battle against Mann, Leader of the Sentinels, and 25 new costumes, which are presumed to be available on PS5 as well. Additionally, a new sequence at the end of the trailer shows Eve letting go of a memory stick, a scene not present in the base game, sparking speculation about a new ending or potential DLC.

The trailer highlights the Stellar Blade Complete Edition, set to release on both PC and PS5. Stellar Blade, developed by the Korean studio Shift Up, was a major success, earning $43 million in royalties in its last financial year. The developer anticipates that the PC version will surpass the sales of the PS5 version, which sold over 1 million copies within two months. Shift Up is also considering developing another game in the franchise.

In Stellar Blade, players control Eve as she fights against unknown invaders to reclaim Earth in a fast-paced action role-playing game. The game received a 7/10 from IGN, was well-received by the community, and quickly sold a million copies.

"Stellar Blade excels in the key aspects of an action game, but its dull characters, lackluster story, and some frustrating RPG mechanics keep it from reaching the heights of the genre's best," IGN noted in their review.
