After completing the initial tasks (speaking with Kendo and investigating a Portal), the third challenge directs you to a secret location within Masked Meadows, a popular point of interest. Prepare for a fight; other players will be vying for the same objective.

Upon reaching Masked Meadows, focus on the large, multi-story building in the northern part of the area. The workshop isn't above ground; you need to find an entrance at ground level.
