Mantis and Luna Snow in Marvel Rivals.

Mantis excels at healing and buffing allies. Her orb-consuming abilities provide damage boosts and self-healing, regenerating automatically over time or instantly via headshots. While her damage output is limited, and she's fragile, her effectiveness scales with headshot accuracy, making her accessible to both beginners and skilled players.

Luna Snow, another top-tier strategist, offers a blend of healing and damage. Her Ice Art ability enhances both, and her AoE Ultimate, Fate of Both Worlds, provides flexible healing or damage depending on positioning. Her ease of use and focus on positioning make her ideal for new players. However, her primary function remains support.

A Tier

Adam Warlock and Cloack & Dagger

Adam Warlock's standout ability is his multi-teammate revive. His Quantum Zone Ultimate brings back fallen allies with temporary invincibility, even allowing multiple revives of the same character. He also heals with Avatar Life Stream and shares damage across allies with Soul Bond, providing a small heal-over-time effect.

Cloak & Dagger provides another strategic option. Cloak's attacks offer either healing or damage, with self-sustaining healing capabilities. Dagger focuses on damage and applying Vulnerability debuffs. Dark Teleportation boosts ally movement speed and provides invisibility.

B Tier

Rocket Raccoon, Jeff, and Loki in Marvel Rivals.

Jeff the Land Shark, despite his popularity, offers less potent healing than higher-tier characters, struggling in extended battles. His simplicity, while good for beginners, lacks the strategic depth of others.

Loki's effectiveness hinges on player skill. He heals and summons decoys, requiring precise positioning to avoid environmental obstructions. His unique Ultimate allows shapeshifting into any hero for 15 seconds, utilizing their abilities.

Rocket Raccoon, unlike other support units, prioritizes utility and damage. His Respawn Machine revives allies, but his kit leans towards damage dealing, making him a hybrid DPS/support. His performance depends heavily on player skill, and his small size makes him a vulnerable target.

Ultimately, the best support character depends on individual playstyle and enjoyment. This ranking serves as a guide, but personal preference should always be the deciding factor.

Marvel Rivals is available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
