This guide details all achievements in the psychological horror game MiSide and provides strategies for unlocking each one. The game features 26 achievements, many requiring exploration beyond the main storyline. No achievements are missable, thanks to the chapter select feature.

The Fly's Victory	In a safe area, achieve 25 points in the Fly mini-game without dying.	Accessible in any safe area.
Dead Juice	Consume the drink offered by Mita in "Together At Last," after interacting with the TV remote.	In the "Together At Last" chapter's Living Room, after conversing with Mita.
Delicious Love	Accept the sauce while eating in the kitchen during "Together At Last."	In the "Together At Last" chapter's kitchen.
Penguin Conundrum!	Win both rounds of Penguin Piles against Mita in "Things Get Weird."	During the console game segment in "Things Get Weird." A tie doesn't count.
Clabber	Win both rounds of Dairy Scandal against Mita in "Things Get Weird."	During the console game segment in "Things Get Weird."
Creak in the Dark	Refuse to stay with Mita when searching the wardrobe in "Things Get Weird."	In "Things Get Weird," choose not to stay with Mita after wardrobe exploration.
Accelerate!	Achieve first place in the Spacecar arcade game in "Beyond the World."	In "Beyond the World," win the Spacecar mini-game.
Going at Maximum Speed!	Collect all coins during the Spacecar mini-game race.	In "Beyond the World," collect every coin in the Spacecar mini-game.
Pat on the head!	Win the button-pressing mini-game in "Beyond the World."	In "Beyond the World," successfully complete the button-pressing mini-game.
The Great Dance	Complete the dance sequence perfectly in "Beyond the World."	In "Beyond the World," complete the dance mini-game without missing any notes.
O, Great Mita!	Interact with the Shrine Computer in "Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles."	In "Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles," find and interact with the hidden shrine computer near the second lever to type a message.
You Shall Not Pass!	Follow Tiny Mita instead of boarding the Funicular Railway.	In "Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles," follow Tiny Mita after reaching the Funicular Railway.
Helluvah Win!	Complete the Hetoor mini-game after exiting the Funicular Railway.	In "Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles," complete the Hetoor mini-game after getting off the railway car.
Without Dealing Damage?	Complete the Hetoor mini-game without taking any damage.	In "Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles," complete the Hetoor mini-game without receiving any hits.
Carrot	Find all seven glitchy carrots in "Reading Books, Destroying Glitches."	In "Reading Books, Destroying Glitches," locate all seven glitchy carrots.
Found You!	Stare at the Mita figure on the computer table until it stares back.	In "Reading Books, Destroying Glitches," after fixing the third glitch, maintain eye contact with the Mita figure until it reciprocates.
Some Achievement?	Attempt to leave through the front door after the initial cutscene in "Old Versions."	In "Old Versions," try to exit through the front door after the opening cutscene.
Phase 1 Logs	Beat the Quadrangle mini-game in the Core Computer in "Old Versions."	In "Old Versions," access the Core Computer and complete the Quadrangle mini-game in Advanced Functions.
A Long Long Tail	Score 25 points in the Snake mini-game after Mita's attack in "The Real World."	In "The Real World," after Mita's attack, play and score 25 points in the Snake mini-game.
Phase 2 Logs	Beat the Quadrangle mini-game again in the Core Computer in "Reboot."	In "Reboot," return to the Core Computer and complete the Quadrangle mini-game once more.
Caught Them All	Collect all 9 Player Cartridges.	Find all nine Player Cartridges throughout the game.
Hi, Mita	Collect all 12 Mita Character Cartridges.	Find all twelve Mita Character Cartridges.
Is This the End?	Complete the main storyline of MiSide.	Finish the main story.
Safe of Life	Open the basement safe in "Reboot" (code obtained after a playthrough).	In "Reboot," open the basement safe using the code discovered after completing the game once.
Conditions Met	Meet specific conditions in "Things Get Weird" to stay with Mita.	See detailed conditions within the original table.
Pro Gamer	Unlock all achievements in MiSide.	Obtain every achievement in the game.
