"Monster Hunter Now Unveils Spring Hunt 2025 Update!"

As part of the second update in Season 5: The Blossoming Blade, Monster Hunter Now is launching a special event called Spring Hunt 2025. It’s an online paid event running from May 24th to May 25th, 2025. This update also shines the spotlight on the elder dragon Chameleos.

What’s the Spring Hunt 2025 in Monster Hunter Now?

The Spring Hunt 2025 requires an event ticket, available from the Monster Hunter Now shop. Once activated, it unlocks continuous Elder Dragon Interceptions featuring only Chameleos—no waiting between Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons. You’ll also earn exclusive Chameleos-themed layered gear.

The Spring Hunt event includes Event Exchange Hubs. Two hubs will be active, with the Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub open from May 19th at 9:00 a.m. until June 2nd at 11:59 p.m.

Collect tokens by defeating large monsters or elder dragons between May 19th and May 25th. Use them to exchange for items like a Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more.

Eager to Get Your Hands on Chameleos?

Chameleos is infamous for its stealthy tactics and its eerie fog that distorts visibility. Starting May 24th, 2025, you can enter Elder Dragon Interceptions to face this elusive threat.

If you’re ranked 100 or higher, you’ll encounter Chameleos in 8-star Elder Dragon Interceptions once it enters its preliminary state—starting at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th. Chameleos is especially weak to Fire, Dragon, and Blast elements, so tailor your gear accordingly.

Defeating Chameleos unlocks the new Mizuha Set armor, featuring the Chameleos Venomist skill, which cuts poison and venom duration in half and increases your chances of inflicting poison on foes.

Weapons crafted from Chameleos materials cover a wide range: Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow. Grab Monster Hunter Now from the Google Play Store and prepare for Spring Hunt 2025.
