Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta: October 28th (PS Plus), October 31st (All)

The October 23rd showcase revealed an open beta launching next week across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, featuring cross-play. PS Plus subscribers on PS5 enjoy early access starting October 28th, while others join from October 31st to November 3rd.

Download the beta client from your platform's store. Pre-downloads begin October 27th (PS Plus) and October 30th (others). Ensure you have at least 18GB of free space.

Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta Details

The beta includes character creation (progress carries over to the full game), a story trial (tutorial and Chatacabra fight), and a challenging Doshaguma hunt (supports multiplayer or NPC hunters). All beta participants receive exclusive in-game rewards (a Palico pendant, Seikret, and an item pack) available as DLC upon full game release (February 28, 2025).

New Trailer: Oilwell Basin and the Black Flame
