Mutt's Location:

Mutt is near a wolf cave southwest of the Nomads' Camp, east of the river bathing spot. The image below pinpoints his location.

Fast travel to the Nomads' Camp for easy access. Follow the path southwest into the forest; you'll likely find yourself above the cave. You'll hear Mutt's whimpers as you approach.
