This year's Destiny 2 Dawning event brings back the fun of baking treats for NPCs! While many recipes return, new ones, like the Neomun-Cake, add excitement. Here's your guide to crafting this delicious digital confection.

Destiny 2 Dawning: Neomun-Cake Recipe

To bake the Neomun-Cake, gather these ingredients:

• Vex Milk (from defeating Vex enemies)
• Dark Frosting (from defeating enemies using Stasis or Strand abilities/weapons)
• 15 Dawning Essence (earned through various in-game activities)

Dawning Essence is readily acquired through daily and weekly activities. For Vex Milk and Dark Frosting, equip Stasis or Strand weapons (abilities work too!). Nessus is an excellent location for Vex farming – explore freely or tackle Lost Sectors for efficient kills. Strikes also offer Vex encounters, but Nessus usually proves faster.

Crafting the Neomun-Cake

Once you've collected all ingredients, open your inventory and select Eva Levante's Holiday Oven 2.4. Choose the Neomun-Cake recipe to begin crafting.

The Dawning often features quests requiring various baked goods for different NPCs. The Neomun-Cake is a key ingredient in quests like the Cookie Delivery Helper, which also includes older recipes such as Lavender Ribbon Cookies.
