Nintendo Switch 2 Set to Launch June 2025 with $449.99 Price Tag

The Nintendo Switch 2 will hit shelves on June 5, 2025.

The starting price for the Nintendo Switch 2 is set at $449.99.

The Nintendo Switch 2 includes:

A Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle is priced at $499.99 in the U.S., including the console and a download code for Mario Kart World, available from launch day on June 5.

Mario Kart World standalone is priced at $79.99, a $10 increase over Nintendo's priciest Switch game to date.

“The Nintendo Switch 2 builds on eight years of innovation from the original Switch, offering portable and home gaming,” said Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa.

“With enhanced features, this console takes our mission to bring joy to gamers everywhere to new heights.”
