Genki, known for its range of accessories including controllers, portable SSDs, and chargers, made headlines at CES 2025 not just for displaying the mockup but also for allegedly claiming to possess a "real" Switch 2 and even hinting at a release date. Their website further fuels the speculation with a dedicated page for Nintendo Switch 2 accessories, complete with a detailed animated mock-up of the console.

Despite this, Nintendo has remained tight-lipped about the Switch 2, with no major announcements to date.
