Nintendo's Latest Announcement: A LEGO Game Boy!

Nintendo and LEGO have teamed up again, this time unveiling a LEGO Game Boy set! Launching October 2025, this follows the successful LEGO NES release. The announcement, however, has sparked a flurry of online speculation regarding the much-anticipated Nintendo Switch 2. Many social media users humorously interpreted the news as a substitute for the Switch 2 reveal.

While details on the Switch 2 remain scarce, Nintendo President Furukawa confirmed in May 2024 that a successor to the Switch would be announced within their fiscal year (ending March). Patience is key for those eagerly awaiting the next-generation console.

Pricing for the LEGO Game Boy has yet to be revealed, but further information is promised in the coming weeks and months.
