NVIDIA Unveils Dark Messiah of Might and Magic RTX Remix Remaster

NVIDIA showcased new gameplay footage for the RTX Remix Path Tracing mod for Arkane Studios' Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. The video impressively demonstrates the mod's progress with stunning before-and-after comparisons, highlighting the visual transformation.

Developed by wiltOS Technologies, this mod will dramatically enhance the game with full ray tracing, overhauled textures and models, improved lighting, and numerous other upgrades. Upon completion, it will provide a compelling reason to revisit this classic or experience it for the first time.

The development team detailed their approach: "We're meticulously recreating every model, texture, and level, preserving the original artistic vision while significantly improving the visuals. Our goal is to release all assets freely, allowing other modders to integrate them into their projects using the Remix Toolkit."
