Parallel Experiment’s Steam version faces delay, will now simultaneously release with the Android and iOS versions in June

by Leo Mar 19,2025

Parallel Experiment, the cooperative puzzle game from Eleven Puzzles, has been delayed. Initially slated for a March Steam launch, the game will now release on June 5th, simultaneously on Steam, Android, and iOS. This delay allows for the inclusion of all planned features, including optional puzzles and additional mechanics, originally considered for cut to meet the earlier deadline. Cross-play functionality will be available at launch.

In Parallel Experiment, players step into the shoes of detectives Ally and Old Dog, caught in a deadly game orchestrated by the Cryptic Killer. Success hinges on teamwork and communication as you tackle a series of interconnected puzzles.

Over 80 challenges await, ranging from deciphering codes and manipulating water systems to hacking computers and even rousing a sleeping drunk. The game's noir atmosphere and comic book art style create a captivating and tense experience.

Beyond the core puzzle-solving, players can engage in cooperative retro-style mini-games such as darts, claw machines, and match-three puzzles. Interactive dialogues with dynamic NPC responses add depth to the mystery, and mischievous players can even annoy their partner with in-game pranks.

Boasting five times the content of Eleven Puzzles' previous game, Parallel Experiment promises a challenging and rewarding cooperative experience. It launches June 5th. Visit the Steam page for more details.
