Pokemon GO Announces Two Legendary Debuts for the Tour: Unova Event

Fusion Frenzy:

Mirroring last year's Necrozma fusion, players can fuse Kyurem with other legendary Pokémon:

• Black Kyurem: Fuse with Zekrom using 1,000 Volt Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Zekrom Candy. Learns the move Freeze Shock.
• White Kyurem: Fuse with Reshiram using 1,000 Blaze Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Reshiram Candy. Learns the move Ice Burn.

Fusion energy is earned by defeating Kyurem in raids. Separating the fused forms is free.

Exclusive Rewards:

Two unique backgrounds, themed after Pokémon Black and White, will be available. Unlocking both requires fusing both Black and White Kyurem, granting access to a third, special background.
