Pokemon Center Hiroshima Relocates, Unveils Gyarados Plaza

Pokemon Center Hiroshima will temporarily close in March 2025, reopening at a new location in April 2025. A new Gyarados Plaza will debut in March at a separate location.

New Location for Pokemon Center Hiroshima

The Pokemon Center will move to the second floor of Ekie, located at the north exit of Hiroshima Station. This follows its original opening in June 2015 at Sogo Hiroshima’s Main Building.

Gyarados Plaza Opens at Soramoa Plaza

A Gyarados-themed playground, "Gyarados Plaza by Pokemon Center Hiroshima," will open March 24, 2025, on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza within the new Minamoa building at Hiroshima Station. The plaza features large Gyarados-inspired play equipment. Advance reservations may be required initially; details will be posted on the Minamoa website.

Poke-lun TV Nationwide Event

To celebrate Poke-lun TV surpassing 1 million subscribers, a nationwide event will be held at Pokemon Centers across Japan (excluding Pokemon Stores, Pokemon Center Online, Pokemon Cafe, and Pikachu Sweets by Pokemon Cafe) from January 17th to February 16th, 2025. Participants can receive an original sticker using a password obtained from a December 19th, 2024 Poke-lun TV YouTube video.

Select Pokemon Centers (Mega Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa) will also feature photo opportunities with Poke-lun TV hosts.
