Pokémon TCG Pocket releases the Triumphant Light expansion as it crosses a whopping 100 million downloads

The Pokémon TCG Pocket app celebrated Pokémon Day with exciting news! Boasting over 100 million downloads, the popular card battler launched its highly anticipated Triumphant Light expansion, following the Space-Time Smackdown set. This new expansion features Arceus ex and, for the first time, introduces Link Abilities. These abilities allow specific Pokémon to synergize, enhancing each other's power when played together. These cards will feature a special pattern reminiscent of the physical Platinum – Arceus expansion cards.

To commemorate Pokémon Day, a generous giveaway runs until April 30th: free booster packs guaranteed to contain at least one 4-star or higher rarity card! This event benefits both veteran and new players, providing a boost to deck power. Special missions offering additional rewards are also available until March 27th.

March will see the introduction of a long-awaited ranked match feature. This competitive mode will allow players to test their decks against others, vying for ranking and prestige. More details on ranked mode will be revealed soon.
