Conquering Kupolovrax: A Project Tower Boss Guide

Kupolovrax, a formidable boss in Project Tower, presents a significant challenge due to its projectile-heavy attacks. This guide outlines effective strategies to overcome this enemy and emerge victorious. While targeting its illuminated segments seems intuitive, remember that shots impacting its carapace also inflict damage.

Phase 1

In the initial phase, Kupolovrax remains grounded. Maintain a safe distance, consistently fire upon it, and utilize these evasion techniques:

• Orb Ring Fall: Dodge roll just before the descending orb rings impact. Observe their trajectory carefully.
• Orb Scattershot Fall: Strafe laterally to navigate the gaps between the scattered orbs. Dodge rolling can provide additional safety.
• Orb Line Push: This attack is the most demanding. A reliable tactic involves waiting for the first line to approach, then performing a forward dodge roll followed by an immediate dash.
• Stomp: A simple jump clears the shockwave, allowing uninterrupted firing.

Phase 2

Kupolovrax takes to the air around 66% health. Continue maintaining distance and firing while employing these avoidance maneuvers:

• Orb Scattershot Fall: The slow descent of these orbs allows for easy evasion by strafing and observing their fall.
• Orb Ring Push: Hold your position until the rings are about to hit, then execute a left or right dodge roll.
• Orb Line Push: Similar to Phase 1, a forward dodge roll followed by a dash is highly effective. Alternatively, a dodge roll left or right followed by an opposite dash works equally well.

Phase 3

Triggered at approximately 33% health, Phase 3 mirrors Phase 2, but with a modified attack:

• Modified Orb Ring Push: This three-part attack consists of converging rings, two rapid ring pushes, and finally, falling orb rings. Dodge roll left just before the initial rings, then immediately dash right to evade the quick pushes. Finally, walk forward to clear the falling rings.
