PS5 owners will be able to play both Gran Turismo and Forza Horizon
For years, the console wars have raged, fueled by the exclusivity of flagship titles. The debate over which reigns supreme – Xbox's Forza or PlayStation's Gran Turismo – has been a long-standing point of contention. While owning both consoles wasn't always feasible, the landscape is shifting. PlayStation owners can finally experience the Forza franchise firsthand.
Forza Horizon 5 is officially coming to PS5! The announcement, made via social media and accompanied by a dedicated PlayStation Store page, confirms its arrival. While a precise release date remains elusive, a Spring 2025 launch window has been confirmed.
Panic Button is leading the PS5 port development, with support from Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games. Expect a feature-rich experience mirroring other platforms, complete with cross-platform play.
Adding to the excitement, a free content update, Horizon Realms, is on the horizon for all platforms. Horizon Festival members will embark on journeys through beloved locations from Evolving Worlds, alongside some exciting unannounced surprises.
