Originally slated for a December 17th, 2024 release on PlayStation 4 and 5, the critically acclaimed puzzle game Botany Manor has been given a new launch date: January 28th, 2025. The delay, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, aimed to ensure a polished and optimal player experience.

Developed by Balloon Studios and initially released in April 2024 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Botany Manor quickly garnered praise for its charming aesthetic, engaging puzzles, and immersive exploration. Its OpenCritic score of 83/100 and 92% recommendation rate solidify its reputation as a top-tier puzzle game of 2024.

The PlayStation port's delay, announced shortly before the initial release date, caused some disappointment, but the January 28th launch date fulfills Whitethorn's promise of a 2025 release. While the game is confirmed for this date, a PS Store page is yet to appear, meaning pre-orders and wishlisting remain temporarily unavailable.

Expect Botany Manor to be priced at $24.99 on PlayStation, consistent with other platforms. The game will be a one-time purchase without microtransactions, and while a separate digital soundtrack exists on Steam, it's unlikely to be offered on PlayStation, mirroring its absence from the Switch and Xbox versions.
