Season 18 introduces the Futura Garden arena and two new car bodies: the Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack and the Azura. The Daytona, featuring a Dominus-style hitbox, is instantly accessible with the Season 18 premium Rocket Pass purchase. The Azura, with a Breakout-style hitbox, unlocks at higher tiers of the premium pass. Both car bodies are compatible with Fortnite after unlocking. A new audio cue adds a satisfying ping when shots hit the goalposts or crossbeam, narrowly missing the goal.

A variety of new mutators enhance Exhibition Mode and private matches, with tweaks to existing ones for added variety. Season 18 brings fresh challenges and competitive matches, plus tournaments with unique rewards. Unspent Season 17 points are automatically converted into rewards for players to enjoy.

On the technical side, Season 18 adjusts the center of mass for several car bodies and refines matchmaking processes within subregions. Epic Games’ patch notes detail fixes for performance issues and bugs. To foster a positive community, players can now use voice reporting to flag toxic behavior post-match, aligning with the game’s community guidelines.
