As you journey through Astro Bot, keep an eye out for a distinctive swirling icon next to the level selection—this marks the presence of a hidden portal within that world. These portals can be tucked away early in a level or even at its very end, so stay alert!

Hidden Portal Locations in Astro Bot's Lost Galaxy

Hidden Portal #1: Az-Tech Trail

Midway through the level, you'll encounter a dark room with a wall flanked by four lit torches. Use the Twin-Frog Gloves to extinguish all four flames, revealing the portal behind.

Hidden Portal #2: Creamy Canyon

Early in the level, you'll find a snowy arena with a bouncing ladybug enemy. Proceed past it to a charging pig; grab the pig and swing it towards the icy statue at the platform's edge. Release the pig to shatter the statue. Backtrack, flip over the ladybug, and bounce to the upper platform. Perform a charged spin attack to uncover a room containing the portal.

Hidden Portal #3: Go-Go Archipelago

After defeating Captain Pincher, look where his claw is embedded in the ground. A glowing light indicates a spot for a charged spin attack. Drill into the ground to unearth a hidden chamber with the portal and treasure.

Hidden Portal #4: Downsize Surprise

Near the level's end, you'll find a bubble-blowing frog. Blow into your controller to initiate the bubbles, then shrink down and ride a bubble. Transfer to another bubble if necessary, until you reach a branch above a bot. Navigate to the opposite branch to discover the portal.

Hidden Portal #5: Free Big Brother!

This is arguably the easiest portal to find. At the level's start, turn around to locate platforms with an electric enemy. Lure the enemy to electrocute the platforms, revealing the portal behind.

Hidden Portal #6: Bathhouse Battle

Find the house with a flaming chimney in the level's middle. After absorbing water, ascend to the roof and extinguish the flames. Descend the chimney to find the portal.

Hidden Portal #7: Hieiroglitch Pyramid

At the level's end, turn right to an area with falling jewels. A bounce pad leads to a hidden portal area. Activate a trap, then locate hidden switches on two walls to open the pathway to the portal.

Hidden Portal #8: Balloon Breeze

This is the most challenging portal. Acquire the pufferfish power-up and backtrack to an area near the start with a distant platform and a bouncing ladybug. Knock the ladybug towards the platform's edge, bounce on it, activate the pufferfish, and hover to the platform. Use motion controls to clear bamboo surrounding the portal, then circle it to activate it.

Hidden Portal #9: Djinny of the Lamp

After defeating Djinny, climb the ruins. Glowing ground indicates invisible platforms. Hover to each platform, then use the rug to reach another platform containing the portal.

Hidden Portal #10: Frozen Meal

Before the boss fight, roll a snowball into a large ball and use it as a platform to reach the cliff area, revealing the final portal.
