"Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse Launches on Android"
Gravity Co. has just released their latest game for Android, Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse, which combines a wild premise with a deckbuilding roguelike RPG experience. In this game, you take on the role of an explorer emerging from a bunker 500 years after a devastating war that nearly wiped out humanity.
The World Has Completely Changed… in the Game
Your mission is to pull civilization back from the brink of collapse. Starting as one of the chosen explorers from the bunker, you step into the chaotic new world of Eustea, which is divided into over 100 zones, each with its own unique stories and bizarre historical tidbits.
Despite the apocalypse, pockets of humanity have survived across the continent, but the remnants of civilization bear little resemblance to what once was. Some factions are vying for control, while others are simply struggling to survive.
Get a glimpse of Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse in the trailer below:
Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse Is a Text-Based RPG with Roguelike Deckbuilding
In Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse, every choice you make has significant consequences. You'll encounter various crossroads where you must decide whether to engage in combat, negotiate, or retreat. Each decision leads to a different outcome, making your journey unique compared to others.
The game features multiple endings, where your actions could lead to saving a community, destroying one, or even dying without leaving a trace. The butterfly effect is a key element, with even the smallest decisions potentially leading to major repercussions.
The combat system is centered around building your deck from over 300 cards, 200 skills, and numerous pieces of equipment. You can opt for a modern soldier's approach with contemporary weapons or embrace the role of a medieval knight.
Throughout your exploration, you'll document discoveries such as strange creatures, ancient artifacts, and preserved books in a pictorial log. Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse is now available on Android and can be purchased from the Google Play Store for $6.99.
