Find Lyonchyk Sprat in Rookie Village (Cordon region). He'll call out to Skif near the village center, initiating a conversation where he fails to tell a joke. He'll then ask for help delivering a joke to stalkers around a bonfire to make friends. Accepting begins the quest.

Helping Lyonchyk Sprat

Lyonchyk instructs Skif to wait in the attic. A ladder beside the bonfire leads to the attic; climb up to progress.
