The popular digital board game, Ticket to Ride, is expanding its railway empire with the addition of Switzerland and its neighboring countries! This exciting new expansion introduces both country-to-country and city-to-country routes, adding a fresh layer of strategic depth to the gameplay. Now you can connect countries like France, Germany, Italy, and Austria, creating diverse and challenging railroad networks.

The expansion also includes two new player characters and four new train tokens, making it the perfect holiday gift for Ticket to Ride enthusiasts. Developer Marmalade Games designed this expansion to appeal to both seasoned players and newcomers, fostering a dynamic and engaging gaming experience.

Country-to-country tickets present multiple connection options, each yielding varying point values upon completion. For example, connecting France could lead to Germany, Italy, or Austria, each offering a different reward. City-to-country tickets follow a similar concept, but require linking a specific city to a country. Strategic planning is key, as each country has a limited number of connection points.

Successful route completion earns points based on the highest-scoring connection for each ticket. Conversely, failing to connect routes results in a point deduction based on the ticket's lowest value.
