This week, a Reddit user on r/LeaksAndRumors posted an uncensored frame from the film with the caption: "A Cineverse insider showed us exclusive Toxic Avenger footage - snapped this wild image." The photo depicts Peter Dinklage's Toxie in an outrageous predicament, featuring full-frontal mutant nudity as he deploys an unconventional escape strategy.

Bloody Disgusting's report elaborates: "Toxie discovers his radioactive urine serves as both weapon and getaway tool. The unrated version doesn't hold back - viewers will see Toxie unleash everything, including his mutated anatomy. Since these images are circulating, we're confirming the details outright."

The outlet (owned by distributor Cineverse) included commentary from Cineverse VP Tom Owens, who co-founded Bloody Disgusting: "Like Terrifier 2 and 3, we believe in complete artistic freedom. This revelation follows the film's official announcement about its unrated theatrical release.
