Originally launched exclusively in Japan on February 24, 2021 for mobile and PC platforms, the game presents a distinctive narrative where thoroughbred racehorses are reimagined as "horse girls" - high school students bearing equine traits like ears, tails, and remarkable speed. These characters train at Tokyo's Tracen Academy, pursuing dual dreams of racing stardom and idol fame.

As described on Steam, players can "recruit promising trainees and supporters while experiencing an immersive sports simulation featuring advanced training mechanics and spectacular 3D visuals." The game's gacha system offers over 20 unique horse girls to collect, train, and enter in thrilling races and dazzling performances.

Industry tracker PocketGamer.biz reported in March 2025 that the Japanese version surpassed $2.5 billion in mobile revenue within four years, nearly hitting $1 billion in its debut year alone. Cygames aims to mirror this domestic success internationally with the English release.
