What is the Water Bubble?

Acquiring the Water Bubble

Locate the Bubble Mermaid NPC at the shore of the largest island in the Grand Reef (near the Shipwright and Marley). She'll offer to help you breathe underwater in exchange for $C25,000 and three Resins.

Obtaining Resins

To gather Resins, travel to the Mushgrove Swamp (coordinates: X:2,426, Y: 130, Z: -680) and begin fishing. Your success rate will depend on your equipment; the Kraken Rod significantly increases your chances (10-20%), while lacking it drastically reduces your odds (to approximately 0.04%). You'll need three Resins in total.
