Kuro Games' action-packed open-world RPG, Wuthering Waves, continues to thrill players with its recent 1.4 update, introducing the Somnoire: Illusive Realms mode and two new characters. But the excitement doesn't stop there! The biggest update yet, Version 2.0, is on the horizon, bringing with it a massive expansion.

Following a well-deserved nomination for Best Mobile Game at The Game Awards 2024, Kuro Games announced Version 2.0's launch date: January 2nd! This update marks a significant milestone, as Wuthering Waves finally arrives on PlayStation 5, expanding its reach to console players.

The game's captivating combat, rich world, and compelling narrative have already won over many fans. Set on the planet Solaris-3, divided into six nations (Huanglong, New Federation, and Rinascita are currently known), the story currently unfolds in Huanglong.

However, the Huanglong chapter is nearing its conclusion. Version 2.0 introduces Rinascita, a brand-new region promising an expansive storyline and gameplay experience. Expect the next few updates to conclude the Huanglong arc before this exciting transition.
