While most are straightforward, some like the Knight in a Storm Dream Patrol can be tricky, particularly if the unique mechanics aren't clear. Understanding these mechanics is crucial for collecting all the chests containing resources such as Astrites and Monnaie.

How to Finish Dream Patrol: Knight in a Storm

You'll find the Knight in a Storm Dream Patrol at the Shores of Last Breath area within the Fagaceae Peninsula, east of Ragunna City. The challenge is marked by a crossed swords icon on your map, which becomes visible after activating the Resonance Nexus in the region. The quickest way to reach it is by teleporting to the nearby Tacet Field, known for dropping the new Sonata set for Carlotta builds. Note that this area is inaccessible until you complete the "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms" quest.

The Questless Knight you face in this Dream Patrol fights similarly to others in Rinascita, making it manageable to defeat. To successfully complete this challenge, you must meet the following objectives:

• Reach Battle Rank S for more than 10 seconds - Boost your Battle Rank by executing perfect dodges, parries, and using your abilities (including Intro/Outro skills).
• Perform 3 Counterattacks that interrupt the knight's weapon enhancement - Time your parries correctly when the knight's weapon is buffed.
• Immobilize an enemy with Resonance Liberation DMG - Deploy your character's ultimate to stun the knight by depleting the white bar beneath its health bar.

Countering the Knight's Enhanced Weapon

In the battle, the knight will summon three swords and select one, indicating its weapon is enhanced. During this enhancement, the knight launches aerial lunge attacks at you, presenting the perfect opportunity for a counterattack. When the parry indicators above the knight overlap, strike with one of your attacks to execute a successful counter. You need to perform this three times to complete the challenge.

If you're playing as Carlotta in Wuthering Waves, you can counter the knight's attacks using her jump attack or rifle shots. Carlotta's Resonance Liberation and her Molded Crystal stacks (indicated by the crystal-shaped icon next to her) allow her to fire rifle shots, making her an effective choice for this challenge.
